Michelle + Jose’s Old Hickory Golf Club Wedding

Michelle and Jose are some of the most wonderful people I’ve ever been lucky enough to work with – and they’re so in love, so it was no surprise their Old Hickory Golf Club wedding was full of that same love! These two were engaged after Michelle planned a brunch with her girlfriends… and no one showed up! She was furious (uh, who wouldn’t be!?) so the one friend who did show suggested they took a walk. Good thing they did because there was Jose, with a violinist, some roses, her mom and the rest of her girlfriends. Oh, and a ring! Obviously she said yes and they began planning their wedding day at Old Hickory Golf Club.

This incredible wedding day was filled with blush, rose gold, and ivory details so you know this girl was thrilled! From start to finish, Michelle and Jose’s family and friends were awesome – supporting, loving, and celebrating the newlyweds. And can we talk about their first look? Michelle and Jose had the sweetest first look – I just love those moments between the bride and groom. It’s a great chance to slow down and take in the fact that they’re getting married!!! So much emotion – and that doesn’t meant there won’t be emotions during the ceremony either. You’ll see Jose still got emotional seeing Michelle come down the aisle! Michelle also had a beautiful first look with her dad too. I am loving the trend with my brides!

It was no surprise everyone got choked up seeing Michelle in her wedding gown. She told me that shopping for her incredible dress was her favorite part of wedding planning… and it paid off! She looked like a princess all day long! Michelle and Jose, thank you for having me and my team as a part of your beautiful day.
